apple-notes 透過 macnotesapp 的 notes 指令，建立、讀取、編輯、移動與刪除 Apple 備忘錄。它用 id 選擇備忘錄，修改前先讀取內容。每次修改前，它都會請你核准，在終端機或聊天機器人都一樣。macOS 無法讀取 Apple 健康，所以 apple-health 從 iPhone 捷徑的匯出檔同步體重與體脂，寫進 Markdown 身體紀錄。腳本只用 Python 標準函式庫。它只新增資料列、填入空白格子，絕不修改已有的數值。vault 路徑放在 vault 的 .apple-kit.json 檔。不依賴其他外掛。

feat apple-notes skill. It wraps the notes command of macnotesapp, pinned to GitHub commit d2b155a for --id selection and the attachment-safe edit. Every create, edit, move, and delete is a guarded write: find by id, read, check losses with notes_guard.py, show the change, get a yes, write, re-read. Note text goes through a quoted heredoc.
feat apple-health skill and health_sync.py. The script syncs weight and body fat from the iPhone Health Export Shortcut into a Markdown body log. It adds rows, fills empty cells, never changes a value, and prints nothing on success.
