create-excali 與 update-excali 用 ExcalidrawAutomate 建立 Excalidraw 圖。這兩個 skill 會檢查幾何，並審查實際輸出的 PNG。format-note 依筆記類型撰寫與檢查筆記。筆記類型包括 map、concept、takeaway、literature 與 fleeting。format-note 保留舊 visualize skill 的 ASCII 圖與 callout 規則。migrate-notes 為整個筆記庫設定筆記類型，並重新命名 map 筆記。這些變更合成一份計畫，核准後才執行。audit-tags 找出錯誤、重複、錯字與不在分類表中的標籤。它套用一份核准過的重新命名計畫，並先建立備份。handover-new、handover-wrap-up、handover-init-org 與 handover-init-service 建立並收尾交接文件。交接文件存放在筆記庫中。session-wrap-up、session-pick-up 與 session-recommend 把工作階段整理成反思重點。核准一次後，它們會在筆記庫中建立 Zettelkasten 卡片。一個專用 skill 在筆記庫中撰寫與檢查受控繁體中文。SessionStart hook 引導 Claude 以 obsidian CLI 為準。筆記庫的偏好設定存放在筆記庫檔案 .obsidian-kit.json 中。外掛不依賴其他外掛。

/obsidian-kit:handover-init-service Per-repo setup. Adds the current repo to the service mapping table and creates the ./handover symlink into LifeOS.
/obsidian-kit:handover-new Create a well-formed handover document under ./handover/ (= LifeOS via symlink) seeded from the current conversation context.
/obsidian-kit:handover-wrap-up Vault-wide daily wrap-up. Discovers active handovers, batches user decisions, executes archives/updates/suspensions in parallel. Replaces /op:wrap-up-today.

refactor stop linting Markdown files. The PostToolUse .md lint is removed, with SIMPLE_MANDARIN_LINT_EXCLUDE. The Stop check on Mandarin chat replies stays, renamed from mandarin-lint.py to mandarin-reply-check.py. The Mandarin rules still load at session start inside a vault.

fix handover discovery uses the Obsidian tag index and the current taxonomy. The old grep for the retired handover tag matched nothing.
fix archiving moves the file and never renames it, so wikilinks keep resolving. The living and historical reference classifier is gone.
refactor one vault resolver. HH_LIFEOS_ROOT, HH_ARCHIVE_ROOT, and CLAUDE_SIMPLE_MANDARIN are deleted. OBSIDIAN_KIT_MANDARIN and OBSIDIAN_KIT_OFFER_HANDOVER replace the two behavior toggles.

fix format-note accepts a bold claim inside a quote or callout (> **claim**, > [!danger] **claim**).

fix one tag must be a prefix covering at least half of the other for audit-tags to suggest a duplicate. The abbreviation rule is gone, because on real tags it only produced false merges (ci→containers, sre→serverless, clickhouse→cli).
fix migrate-notes keeps the name of a map note that sits directly in a type folder such as Permanent/. It no longer renames the note after that folder.

fix the PostToolUse reminder returns additionalContext, so it reaches Claude. It used systemMessage, which only the user sees, so the reminder never steered the model.
fix the reminder fires only for Markdown files under a Zettelkasten/ folder. Before, it fired on every Markdown edit in every project, including READMEs and CHANGELOGs.
